Problem
Admissions, fee tracking and student records were split across three separate spreadsheets maintained by different staff, making it difficult to get an accurate, current picture of enrollment and payments.
Approach
We consolidated the three existing spreadsheet workflows into one system, keeping the parts of their process that worked and simplifying the parts that had grown unnecessarily complex over time.
Solution
An admission and fee management system covering enquiry tracking, admission processing, fee collection with receipts, and a simple reporting view for the administration team.

Front-desk staff now manage admissions and fees in a single system, and monthly reporting to management takes minutes instead of a day of manual spreadsheet reconciliation.
